At ComfyGuard™, your comfort and confidence come first.
Because our products are intimate apparel designed for personal hygiene protection, we cannot accept returns of worn or opened underwear for health and safety reasons.
However, we proudly stand behind every pair with our Perfect Fit Guarantee, ensuring you always get the right size and comfort you deserve.
PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE
If your ComfyGuard™ underwear does not fit perfectly, we will replace it one time for free within 30 days of delivery without requiring a return.
Simply email info@comfy-guard.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will send your replacement promptly.
(This guarantee applies once per item and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.)
REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
To qualify, please contact info@comfy-guard.com within 30 days of delivery, including a photo or short video showing the issue.
Our support team will review your claim and send a replacement or prepaid return label if necessary.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, we cannot accept returns of opened, worn, or used underwear even if tried on for hygiene reasons.
This policy is in full compliance with US health and safety standards for intimate garments (see FTC guidelines on intimate apparel hygiene).
Refunds are only available for:
- Orders cancelled before shipment
- Products confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
